Our villa can be the ideal cycling or non cycling location for your summer vacation. Just 100m from a beautiful sandy beach and the sea, just an easy walk into town, it provides a quiet and tranquil atmosphere to relax in.

Set on a private road and only a short walk into town, with large front and rear terraces, patios containing orange and lemon trees, barbecue area and sun beds, it's the ideal place to relax.

Close to shops, bars and restaurants, its location offers easy access to the Denia's nightlife, as well as the beautiful Montgo National Park and surrounding valleys and mountains.

The villa has a large lounge and dining area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, satellite TV, video, dvd (with selection of cycling videos etc), cd player, kitchen with dishwasher, as well as full laundry facilities, washer and drier etc. For the 2008 summer we hope to have a pool. Plus of course a safe and secure bike lockup / workshop.

The villa summer rental is available from June 28th to the 6th of September. Saturday to Saturday at £400 / 600€ for 7 nights (based on 4 persons).
