Once we confirm availability and costs we will hold your accommodation for you to book your flights, at the same time we will provide you with the information necessary to make your deposit payment to us.
Payment can be made via Paypal In Euros , Direct to our UK account in Sterling or international bank transfer to our Euro account here in Spain We ask for 50% of the total on booking. Balance is due eight weeks prior to arrival.
We ask you make payment of the deposit within 7 days . Your accommodation is secured upon its receipt. After seven days we reserve the right to re offer the dates and accommodation
Once you have made payment of the deposit, please email us advising that the payment has been made, at the same time we ask that you send us your flight details ( UK departure airport and flight number. Arrival date/time to Alicante / Valencia airport. Plus departure date/time from Spain ).
On receipt, we will forward to you confirmation of your booking, You must check this to ensure all details are correct.
Terms and Conditions
Please ensure you have read and understand the below terms and conditions. By booking with us you are agreeing to and accepting the below terms and conditions without exception.
One of your days is considered a traveling day (dependant on flight times), and riding is not guaranteed on this day. Your stay officially commences at 1700 hrs on your arrival day irrespective of your arrival time to Spain . We can not guarantee the readiness of your accommodation prior to this time.
In all cases your stay ends at 1100 hrs on the day of your departure. Please bear this in mind when booking your flights.
We will endeavor to return you to your departure airport two hours prior to take off. However during busy periods we cannot always guarantee this, and your return trip to the airport may need to be during the morning of your departure day.
Likewise during busy periods we cannot guarantee pickup immediately upon your arrival. If there is an expected delay in your pickup or we need to return you to your departure airport prior to the booking in time of your flight, we will advise you ASAP.
Cleaning of your accommodation at the end of your stay is not included within our costs to you. You agree to hand over your accommodation cleaned and in an acceptable condition ready for our next guest prior to your departure. A cleaning service is available at the additional cost of 35€.
Guided Riding. (Cycling break Villa stays)
Contracted guided rides will be of approximately 100km distance or 4 hours riding, (Rider level dependant ) & Based on an average of 23 /25 km per hour. On other days the rides are route planned to suit your needs. We reserve the right to cancel guided riding without notice. & without refund. Additional guided riding can be arranged at additional cost. Bookable prior to your arrival or during your stay. Guided rides of longer distance up to 160 km 6 /7 hours riding can be arranged at additional cost.
In the event of damage to your property / personal injury or worse
During your use our accommodation and during any cycling activity, and in all other circumstances, you agree not to hold us, or any person acting on our behalf, responsible. Furthermore you agree not to instruct or allow anybody acting on your behalf, with or without your permission, to seek compensation or otherwise from us.
You agree that cycling is a hazardous pastime and accept that any personal injury or worse is wholly your responsibility and liability.
You agree not to hold us responsible for damage to or theft of or from your personal belongings during your stay.
We offer airport transfers on a non profit making basis
Guests using our transport do so entirely at their own personal risk. You agree not to hold us responsible for damage to or theft of your belongings during your use of this service. It is a condition of your booking that you take out adequate insurance to cover yourself in these circumstances.
Should we not for any good reason be able to provide an airport transfer service you will be expected to make your own way to Denia or to your departure airport at your own cost. In these circumstance you agree not to hold us responsible for any additional expenses you may incurr or make any claim against us to recover your costs in this matter
For group bookings all guests must book and travel together as one party. We will provide one scheduled pickup and return per booking.
If you are booking a late return flight and wish to stay at your accommodation beyond 11.00 hrs on your last day, you are welcome to do so, when and where available ( and get that last ride in before heading home). Cost is €30 based on a party of two, then an additional €15 per person. In all cases Departures will be no later than 1800 hrs (traveling times from both Alicante and Valencia airport are 1 hour).
Please try to book flights (arrival and departure times) through the social day time hours of btn 0900 and 2000 hrs If your flight times fall outside these times we may charge you additionally.
Travel insurance
Each person must have in force a valid personal injury travel insurance policy to cover them during their stay, and whilst riding a bike here in Spain.
Each person must have a valid E H I card (European health insurance card) obtainable from the post office, or online at www.ehic.org.uk. The E H I card provides you as a traveling EU CITIZEN, with health care in Spain.
OTHER CONDITIONS MAY APPLY IF YOU ARE BOOKED WITH US TO PARTICIPATE AT A SPORTIVE EVENT.
Contract conditions
Once we have received your deposit and forwarded to you our e-mail letter of confirmation or hard copy via post, a binding contract becomes effective between yourself and Ciclo Costa Blanca . You must check your confirmation letter to ensure that all details are correct. You must advise us of any discrepancies immediately. You must ensure payment of your final balance is made at least eight weeks prior to arrival. In circumstances where your final balance is not paid prior to this date We then reserve the right to consider your booking cancelled and re offer the dates and accommodation.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non refundable. Should you cancel your booking after full payment has been made We will retain 100 % of costs.

Flights, Bike hire and Travel insurance are not included in your costs.
We will not accept responsibility for Strikes, War, sickness, Acts of God, etc., over which we have no control.
We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions without notice.
