John Morgan, one of the UK's most respected Cycling coaches, has put together a full week's programme of training rides, based on getting in those essential training base miles. Riders will be split into ability level groups and John will divide his time btn each group. Evening seminars will offer interpretation of your Powertap and heart rate data, plus offer additional advise on nutrition and planning to train & race.
We will cover all types of terrain from flat to mountainous.
Inc all the local climbs used in recent editions of the VUELTA ( Tour of Spain ).
Port de Tudons, 1000 mtrs, Coll de Confrides, 960 mts, Coll de Rates, 625 mtrs, & Alto Aitana, 1474 mtrs, plus plenty others
Each rider will have the opportunity to ride Ciclo Costa Blanca´s own

Our local routes are considered to be THE VERY BEST SPRING TIME TRAINING ROUTES IN EUROPE. You just have to ask the pro riders that train here: 3 time Tour de France winner Albert Contador, twice 2nd place TDF, Andy Schleck, and multiple winner, Lance Armstrong. Put these names together with the list of pro tour teams, that come to the Costa Blanca: Team sky, Team Quickstep, Astana, Radio Shack, Katiusha, Team Garmin, plus many others, and you have THE answer on where to go for your springtime training.
Don't forget this week will be a holiday also!
The chance to meet the friends you have yet to meet, whilst taking in the Mediterranean atmosphere, its culture and café scene. Oh, and the odd San Miguel, of course!

With Half board, all you can eat buffet breakfasts & eve meals on site, café, bar-restaurant, shop, sauna, spa, jacuzzi, ice baths, heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, first class gym with running, static bike & rowing machines, weight machines, free weights, spinning bikes. What's not included
FLIGHT Insurance (compulsory, no insurance no rides). Drinks with hotel meals & other hotel bar expenses. Cost of other snacks/café stops during rides, telephone calls, tips and other miscellaneous costs. Powertap equipment, rental Bike hire, internet connection.

ARRIVE ANY TIME ON ANY FLIGHT . But Please where possible book an outward bound flight arriving into Alicante btn 0900 and 1600 hrs on Sat 12th March .
*Transport to the hotel. Once you have booked your flights You need to send on your flight info to us . We will then arrange your transfer from Alicante to the hotel. If you are unable to make this inclusive transfer service and require a transfer later in the day we may charge you additionally; alternatively you may wish to consider car hire. We recommend Javeacars.com, who have an office at Alicante airport.

Book your return flight for sometime during Sat 19th March. We will ensure you are at the airport in good time for your flight
