Ideal preparation for La Marmotte Quebrantahuesos and the Étape du Tour
Year after year 1000s of riders do these great events and many are caught out by their difficulty due to poor preparation - not enough miles in the legs, not enough climbing and not enough time riding in warm-weather conditions.

The best preparation you can have for riding these sportives is to spend time in a similar environment meaning it makes sense to "NOT JUST TRIAN IN THE MOUNTAINS BUT ALSO IN A WARM CLIMATE". This training week has been designed to give you just that. Along with plenty of climbing and descending. The Marina M ountains surrounding our base provide us with THE PERFECT TERRAIN and the weather should be warm and sunny, just like the Alps & The pyrenees during summer. See rider review
Each ride will be guided by experienced local riders who KNOW the routes. For this week we have choosen the Marina M ountains most challenging and scenic rides. The same roads the pro's used in the 2009 edition of the Vuelta (Tour of Spain). You will not be dissappionted the scenery is beautiful the road quality top class. On the longer rides & in the event of a major mechanical breakdown, back up will be provided by The Ciclo support vehicle, so you won't need to worry about carrying extra clothes, spares tyres and cameras - drinking water will of course be on board so Focus on your ride and let The Ciclo Team do the rest.
